Immunization Clinic

Franciscan Health is offering Flu, Covid, and Pneumonia immunizations at the Avon-Washington Township Public Library on Wednesday, October 15th, 1-4 p.m. in Lower Level Meeting Room A.

Please note:  Franciscan Health will accept most major insurance companies. They will attempt to bill all insurances; however, they cannot guarantee full payment from your insurance company. It is the policy holder’s responsibility to check eligibility for services rendered.
